We meet twice a month for a simple, steady rhythm: 

  • 5:30-6 PM: Tea & Chat - Come early for genuine community connection and conversation
  • 6-7 PM: Practice - Led practice of the Santosha Level 1 flow (or aspects of it)
  • Ongoing Journey: Growing into mastery over time through consistent, predictable practice

Instead of wondering "what should I practice today?" you get one beautiful well rounded flow to master completely. Ask questions in real time, get personal modifications, and make this flow your own for life.
